I was super excited to finally receive my bottle in the mail to only be disappointed to find that my straw didn't work. I could drink through it at all. After trying several things and then finally reading the reviews to find I am not the only customer this has happened to. I followed the feedback given to other customers and contacted customer service in hopes if being sent a new top/straw but after 2 days of waiting I have still not received a response from customer service. I am beyond upset and disappointed ?.I will give it 2 more days before I return my product altogether.Update: I received my replacement bottle and Yes, the straw does not work nor does the bottle come with instructions HOWEVER, the hard tip at the tip of the straw cleaner was intriguing to me since I have never come across one like it and what are the odds that i get two bottles with the same exact issue. I pushed the straw cleaner through the straw until it went all the way through and YES now the straw works!Do not send the bottled back just push the straw cleaner fully through the straw If youbreveive a bottle and the straw does not work!I love the fact it doesn’t leak! Beautiful colors and the wrist strap is very convenient to hang on to the bottle or strap it too a book bag, gym bag, or even diaper bag. The time markings on the bottle make it extremely easy to stay on target with your water intake all day. Will be ordering more of these.Purchased this bottle, so my daughter could take water with her to schoolGreat water bottle, holds a lot of water and I love the wrist band I take it on walks and it is very convenient. Definitely helping with getting my water intake.I love this very good quality but it’s way too big for schoolThe bottom of the water bottle came domed so it wont stand up right when empty, and stands crooked when full of water. The top rim of the water bottle has a pretty big dent in it which I didn't care about at first but was quick to find out that it causes it to spill water everywhere when tipped, which is a problem because the bottle sits tipped. It will also fall over a lot. Other than that I love this bottle, it's shaped so it's easy to hold despite being so big and is very pretty!Good bottle and the time makes it easy for tracking
