I use it for orange juice,tea. Love that it’s slender and doesn’t take up much room.I bought two of these and love them. Just a note though, I keep these in the fridge with just water and I used the wooden lid on one of them and the lid eventually started to mold. Since it also comes with a glass lid I just swapped them out.I had been looking for a bedside carafe that would fit with my retro decor for a while now, and this is IT. I hesitated for a while because it was a bit pricey for what is basically a bedside glass of water, but I’m glad I finally just bought it. Not only does it look cooler than your standard glass carafe/cup set, the cup is somewhat brilliant. First, if I want to set it down it can only go back into the carafe. If I haven’t finished drinking the water, that’s ok, because unlike other sets, it stays upright. And keeps the cup with the carafe, since you can’t wander off and set it down elsewhere. Plus, with the standard upside-down cup/cap set, little droplets will run out, down the side and into your nightstand. Not with this one! The etched face is a kitschy throwback, and I love it. But honestly you can’t really see it without trying.I like this decanter a lot. The color is not exactly as described. The cup is a pale blue and the bottle is a dark green, like the color of tempered glass. I don't care for the color much. But, it's still pretty, and I like the etching. It's definitely unique, regardless, so I'm keeping it. I've had it for over a month and it's held up to daily use. I bought it to encourage myself to drink more water, and it's worked because it's so cute and enticing.So far so good. The bamboo cover started to warp a bit after 2 months of use. Some gooey stuff started to accumulate around the rubber rim. So that’s probably not great with my drinking water. I switched to the glass cover and that seems to be cleaner.We keep water on the table for our meetings. This is elegant and professional looking. The glass top is a big plus. The pitcher looks delicate but has help up well even being in our office.The size was exactly what I was looking for in terms of fitting on my console. The glass doesn’t feel fragile or like it’ll break easily. The handle is nice and sturdy versus being too thin and hard to hold. I liked that it came with a bottle sponge for cleaning and two options for tops.Since I've been working from home, I purchased this carafe to keep at my desk so that I can focus on my water intake. The mouth of this carafe is large enough to easily drop in herbs (mint, lemon verbena) and lemon/lime/orange slices; and to also allow me to easily clean inside. One thing that I really like about the carafe is that it does NOT drip or leak when pouring from it. It is dish-washer safe on the bottom shelf. I would buy this again!
