Purchased this backpack cooler in anticipation of a trip I was taking a few weeks later. On my trip I found out that the front pocket zipper was defective. Since it was a week after the 30 days, Amazon said I had to contact the manufacturer. Went to their website and I can’t find the contact information for them. The cooler itself does work as described.Anna from the company reached out to me and resolved the communications issue and the zipper issue is to be addressed by their engineers.
