Waterjel 10 x 10 cm Burn Dressing - Advanced Wound Care for Burns, Scalds, and Sunburns

I have used these for years and always have a couple in my first aid kit. I came across them at work originally (in a hospital) and bought some for home use on special order from Boots. Glad to see I can get them at Amazon now.Over the years I have used them on my own kitchen burns (oven, boiling water etc) and found them very soothing indeed. The patches come in different sizes (there is even a face one) and are completely flexible to wrap around complex burn areas like fingers. The spare gunk in the pouch can be scooped back on top too for extra cooling effect.I have never had any scarring when I have used these.Obviously you need to watch the use by date to ensure they do their job properly.this stuff works like magic on burns. i had a bad burn mark and my friend put the gaze and gel on my arm and then wrapped a bandage around it to keep it in place. when i got home after work I removed the bandage and all the redness of the burn and the burning feeling had gone. i ordered some straight away to keep at home.A must for the first aid box.I was in such pain until my hairdresser applied this. 30 secs later didn’t feel it.Quick delivery , hopefully won’t find out how good the item is !Unfortunately needed to use this on a young member of the family.It's great. Cooled down the burn & set up the healing process.No scarring !
