After doing much research on back pack type soft coolers for my trip to Aruba, I took a chance on this cooler and I'm glad I did! I needed something that I could pack in my suitcase for our beach explorations in Aruba. To take advantage of suitcase space, I stuffed it to the top with my clothes first. When I packed the cooler for the day I fit six cabs of beer standing up on the bottom then another 6 and a few bottles of water on top. I held the bag under the ice dispensing chute at the hotel and filled it up, shaking the bag to let the ice settle, rolled it up, pushed air out with the air valve open and clamped it shut, strapped it to my back and headed to the beach. As the ice melted it trickled down over my beer keeping it icy cold all day! My husband used it as a pillow and back prop, lol. FYI this is Aruba in the summer time, we were very close to the equator and it's extremely hot, like the dessert island it is! Occasionally I'd pour out any melted ice water to lighten the load, well minus all the beers we drank. I still had beverages left when we returned to our hotel but was too lazy to empty the bag. The next day, I had a bag of water and it didn't leak at all. No wet spots on the carpet. I did this for a whole week. We spent over 8 hours out on a hot beach daily and I always had icy cold refreshment! Save your money on those big named brands and go with this! I love, love, love it. I clipped a bottle opener on it so I'd always have an opener in case I brought bottles, which in some days I did. Sometimes we would take the city bus to go to far away beaches. I'd set it on my lap when on the bus.After reviewing several bags similar to this including yeti and kodi and rtic and other brands on Amazon. I decided to go with this bag based on the price and the very good reviews. I'm so glad that I purchased this product. In Texas right now we are experiencing between 103 to 104° days. I purchased the 30 l bag. I put about six bottles of water and a six pack of beer into the bottom and using the ice from our freezer. I rolled it up and put it in the trunk of our hatchback. We drove in the evening because our air conditioner right now is very weak. After a 3 hour drive the ice was only partially melted upon arrival. The ice was only about half melted the next morning, I dumped the remainder into the bathtub of our motel. No problems at all with leakage. The next day around 10:30 a.m. we filled it about 2/3 of the way with ice. The bag sat in the shade and sometimes in the sun during 101 to 102° temperatures throughout the day often opening it up to get ice out for our mixed drinks. We never refilled the bag with ice. By 9:00 p.m. the ice was down to about a quarter and slushy. The next morning there was still ice. We still had no problems with leaks. Now keep in mind at no point did we ever have the bag on its side it did stay upright. I've already purchased a second bag for my brother-in-law. I will be purchasing two more bags for Christmas for my daughter's boyfriends. I totally recommend this product. The only suggestion I would make is a additional handle placed about halfway up the bag.I bought this size because of the cheaper price than the smaller size. I am having a hard time keeping it inflated to help insulate the bag so ice has definitely melted a lot quicker because of that. Has been good at keeping things cold just for shorter trips. Do not wear it as a backpack and then bend over to pick other things up or else you will get very cold water poured out onto your back. Does well staying relatively clean though with the waterproof material and easy to wipe off.I bought one of these 30 L bags for my friend as a Christmas gift last year, 2021. So far it’s in great shape still. I bought one for myself to use this summer. There’s still ice in the bag and everything is still cold more than 24 hours later and we’ve had weather in the high 90°F. Totally recommend this. I also recommend getting a larger one because if you don’t need the space you can just roll the top down and clip it together.Amazing. For 30 bucks this thing is awesome. Have the 30l. 12 pack and ice is no problem. 24 hours and still icy. Durable and the vent valve is a great. I’ve spend the 200 on an Rtic. This is way way better. No crappy zipper worry about.We love this. It kept our food dry when we went tubing. We plan on using this for traveling and road trips since it doesn’t take up too much space. It’s easier to fit in the minivan compared to a bulky cooler. The kids didn’t have any issues opening and closing it.After first use, I'm really impressed. The bag is big enough for plenty and if you don't open it often stays cold a long time. Would buy again.I purchased this little cooler hoping it would be good for ball games and the beach. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and durability of this little gem. We just put a bag of ice in and pile on the drinks and snacks. Stays cold all day!
