The water globe is beautiful and I am please with the overall look and function of it, but when I removed the box from the outside shipping box, I could see that the city scape had broken off of the ledge. Upon removal from its box, I could see that it definitely was broken. This was a gift for my grandson. I would like to have a replacement and would be happy to return the broken one. I contacted Raz, but have not gotten a response.Please let me know how to proceed.Thanks!
