my hands are relatively small but I decided to get the medium and it’s a perfect fit. this is very cold when it first comes out of the freezer and if you have wrist problems it feels wonderful! I think I have the beginning of carpal tunnel so i’m trying to use cold therapy to help. this wrap is soft and has great coverage and slight compression but not too much to where it hurts. doesn’t stay cold for a long time but when using ice you shouldn’t keep it on for too long anyways so I think it’s great!
