I am extremely impressed with this product. So far I have used it to roast a pair of chickens, for a pot roast, for baking biscuits, for slow cooking a huge batch of Texas style chili, and sundry other things. It is very easy to clean thanks to the removable inner pan, and easy to use with asimple control. Other than the fact that it takes up a pretty fair amount of counter space, which is obviously unavoidable for something with this capacity, I can think of absolutely no downside to owning this cooker. I hate using my oven for anything other than an oven completely full of food as propane had gotten very expensive, and electric saves me a lot of money. This has been a solution to that problem, and has been useful for way more than I could have anticipated it would be. I have a small kitchen, and was only intending on using this for occasional meals that required this large capacity, and keeping it packed up out of sight when not using it. I have found it to be so practical though that I am looking at redoing my kitchen to allow enough counter space to keep it out and available at all times. It cooks perfectly as set to do, and I have yet to have anything come out over or under done, just perfectly cooked. I can only whole heartedly encourage you to try this cooker for yourself, and I am sure you will be as happy with it as I am!
